DVD player issue in the living room

I actually bought a Thomson DTH 1618 DVD player and yesterday while watching a movie, it displayed "key lock on."
Since then, I can't open it, even when I turn it off at the wall.
It still plays my DVD, but I can no longer change the DVD or stop the player except by unplugging it.
I should mention that before it bugged, the player had trouble reading the movie at one point and the image froze.
Now it works fine, but this "key lock on" prevents me from ejecting my DVD...
What can I do?

Hello, I solved my problem and I will give you my solution as soon as I find it because it's a matter of a key to activate.

Apparently, you have activated the key lock (key lock: yes or "key lock: on"), but I think the remote control manual should explain how to lock and unlock the remote control or the device...., right?!

I'm bringing this topic back up because I have the same issue, and I would appreciate any help.
The player took a long time to read a disc, and each time it displayed a "no disc" message, but eventually, after ejecting, cleaning, and putting it back in, it worked.
The problem with "key lock on" is that to turn it off, you have to unplug it, and you can no longer eject the disc, which is quite inconvenient when you've watched the movie 2 or 3 times^^
I hope I have better luck than decado in getting some responses,

I've had exactly the same problem for 4 days!! When buying a new TV, I plugged the player into it and since then "key lock on"! (great!!)
So the same, most of the buttons work (strange for "key lock on"), but it's impossible to eject the DVD!! If anyone has the solution, that would be awesome!!!
