PHILIPS DVD Player SAFE MODE Issue

Hello,
I have a Philips DVD player and there is a small red key on the screen of the player, so I can't do anything...
I don't know how to remove it...
I think it's the Safe mode.

    HELLO? Just press the C.LOCK button on the remote, :)

      Sorry, I'm encountering the same problem: red key (safe) and I no longer have the remote control.
