Question

Hello*  I have this network card on my HP laptop running Windows 10 64-bit that I uninstalled... I restarted my computer = still disconnected. I went into the services and set the wired network connection to automatic. I restarted again and finally went to look for the drivers in Realtek, etc... I went through the whole process again but nothing works... Help!

I just tested the USB key provided with the laptop purchase and the files are root files that are impossible to access. Anyway, I don't know how to open them. So for now, I'm giving up. My laptop works very well with Wi-Fi, it's just the Ethernet that is not connected... we don't care. Have a nice day. If you ever have a stroke of genius and feel like it, send me an email. Hello Billmaxime  Still nothing on my network card side. I saw in the events that the device requires installation; that might be the cause of the problem. However, when I uninstall it and restart, it reinstalls itself but is still inoperative. Do you know how to reinstall it manually? I have the key that was given to me when I bought what serves as the supplied disc. Should I use this tool to reinstall the card manually? Thank you.

re  go to the device manager  click on the PRTSCRN key (next to F12)  open PAINT then click on CTRL+V to paste the image in PAINT  save the file on your desktop  post the image in your reply  to post the image, do this:  click on "reply to the topic" (in blue)  type your text  click on the last icon on the right (the one shaped like a mountain)  choose your image and submit your reply  @+  -- the radiation level is higher at the unemployment office than in Chernobyl
