On/Off Button Broken

Hello everyone,
We've had a PS4 for a long time, but the touch power button hasn't been working. So far, it hasn't been a problem since we would turn it on with the controller, but here's where it gets tricky: my son played with both controllers on the neighbor's console, and now neither of them turns on our console but the one next door.
Does anyone have a tip to avoid sending it for repair or buying a new console?

So as mentioned earlier: The eject button does indeed turn on the console. So if that doesn’t work, there’s another issue. The power supply.

    See you later
