Connecting your TV to your box without an RJ45 port

Question

Hello,  I would like to connect my TV to my Freebox in order to receive channels via the internet.  However, my TV does not have an RG45 port and my connection is not sufficient to use the bandwidth.  Do you have any idea how to solve my problem? I have seen some USB/RG45 adapters, but they require driver installation (which is not possible on my TV).  Thank you in advance.

Hi  - What version of the Freebox is it? Crystal, Mini 4K, Revolution? - Does the TV have an HDMI input?  Personally, I have a Revolution: - the server and player are connected via powerline - the TV is connected to the player via HDMI    See you soon  -- If you need anything, just let me know!...

I have the Freebox V5.  Indeed, the TV has 2 HDMI ports but the Freebox does not.

Hi  "and my connection is not sufficient to use the bandwidth." >>> if the connection doesn't have enough bandwidth, forget about TNT HD via the Freebox To complement this advice, Free reminds that a minimum speed of 2.5 Mbps is required to enjoy the television service (in low bandwidth version). It is not specified, but HD quality will require around 5 to 5.5 Mbps of bandwidth...  The Freebox V5 must be paired with a Free HD decoder to enjoy TV via the internet:    The best option is to request a new Freebox (Revolution or Mini 4K) >>> it includes 2 modules: the server (the modem) and the player (the decoder-Blu-ray player-replay service etc...) provided you have a good bandwidth, otherwise, there's no point.   @+ -- If you need anything, just let me know!...

Hi,  the Freebox V5 TV box has a SCART connection (via a mini DIN adapter), do you have a SCART socket on your TV?  and ... There you go!

Yes, I do have a SCART socket on my TV. But none of the devices I have come with a SCART cable to connect to it.    For the migration to the new Freebox, I checked on the Free website, it will cost me €50 from what I understood. It's a bit expensive after all.
