Micro power outages of about 2 seconds.

Hello,

I changed my graphics card 3 months ago, and since then I've been experiencing intermittent screen micro-cuts (the cut lasts about 2 seconds). It's not regular: sometimes nothing for 3 hours, sometimes 3 in 5 minutes. It can happen at any time (on the desktop, when I'm watching videos, or during a game).

My graphics card is an EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 8G Superclocked, and I'm running Windows 10. My screen is a Samsung KS7500 TV.

I want to clarify that when I changed the graphics card, I also changed the resolution. I am currently set to 3840x2160 and 60Hz. I tried switching to 59Hz and modifying the scaling settings, but it doesn't resolve the issue.

Do you think this is due to a component on the card, or is there a setting to change in Windows?

Thank you in advance.

    Hello,
Either you perform the latest update of the graphics driver on the card's website, or you need to check if it is properly seated in its slot with the PC turned off and unplugged from any power source to check.

      Hello,

I have made all the updates since I bought the card. I have removed and reinserted the card and I still have the microcuts.

      Hello,
You probably have an issue with the connection between the PC and your television screen; you need to check everything at this level.
