Hello,

For a few days now, I have been experiencing micro-cuts on my screen, especially when I type text. However, the micro-cuts also occur when I’m not doing anything.
The computer executes instructions correctly even when the screen is black while I’m typing.
It’s very hot right now; could this phenomenon be related to the temperature?
How can I check this using the microphone? Windows 7 and Firefox 14.0.1
Thank you for your response as this situation is unpleasant, especially with a new microphone.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 14.0.1

    Hello,
Yes, it could be due to a temperature issue.
In that case, it's probably the graphics card or the screen that has a defective component or connection.
Always in this case, you should experience these problems progressively, meaning at startup (when it's cold) there are no issues, and then the problem arises.
    Is that the case?
If so, I suggest you divide the problem: when the interruptions occur, do not turn off your computer, but rather the screen until it has cooled down. Then turn it back on: If your interruptions take some time to reappear, it’s probably your screen that’s causing the issue, and you should try with a different one. Otherwise, you can consider trying another graphics card.
    Good luck.
