Hello,
My freeplug from my Freebox doesn’t seem to be working anymore; the indicator light stays red, even when I try to reset it by pressing it for a few seconds. It flashes orange and green and then always goes back to red. I’ve tried everything: plugging it into another outlet, using another freeplug, but nothing changes... Why is this happening and what should I do?
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 50.0
