Hello,
I have a Samsung Level Box Mini speaker. It charges but when I want to connect my phone and even turn it on, nothing happens:
what should I do?

    so I don’t know if you’ve already done it, but when you switch it on with the On/Off button, you then need to pair via Bluetooth with the small button at the back, it’s the first one next to the jack, you have to keep pressed for 3 seconds for it to enter detectable mode, then from your mobile phone, do a Bluetooth scan and then allow the connection, the Samsung speaker should say the word "Connected".
    Check that the multimedia mode in the Bluetooth configuration of the added hardware is enabled, otherwise you won’t hear the sound.
