Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out to you today feeling very frustrated...
I have a Bose Soundlink Mini speaker that I've taken great care of for about a year (never dropped or anything), and for the past few days, it has been glitching systematically when I turn the volume up to a certain level (whether on the speaker or on the music source). The sound cuts out, and the mute and Bluetooth buttons start flashing at the same time.
It's as if the sound being too loud "short-circuits" the speaker, and it only works again when I restart it and lower the volume. Very, very frustrating!
If any of you know what might be causing this and whether it can be repaired, please let me know!
Wishing you all a great day :)

Hello,
I have exactly the same issue as you, hoping someone can provide us with a solution.
Have a great day everyone! -
same problem it turns off by itself and then automatically switches to auxiliary when I turn it back on!!!

For those who still have the issue or come across this page, the problem comes either from your power supply (connection cable or defective battery) or from a resistor or an SMD capacitor (micro component). The only solution is to take your speaker to customer service or have it repaired by a professional.

Salut !
