Hello, just a little help for LG TV users or others who have an audio problem with the error message "unsupported audio." The only solution that has been the most reliable for me is to use the Leawo Video Converter software: add your video or videos; choose the output format you want to use (for me, the most common is .mp4); set the audio quality and also that of the video; establish the output folder to retrieve the file once converted, and finally click the button to start the conversion.

You can start as many files to convert as you want, but it will take some time to finish, so a little patience!!! Just so you know, the software is completely free.

    For those who have Molotov on their PC, it automatically converts videos to mp4 by selecting the output format.
    Either for smartphone, or for full HD TV, etc.
