Hello

My son has an ARCHOS 140 Cesium with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of Windows 10

https://www.archos.com/fr/products/tablets/cesium/archos_140cesium/index.html
(full description in the link above)

Yesterday, when I plugged in my Wiko Fever 4G, it froze, nothing works anymore; after letting it discharge, it turns on but stays at the Windows home screen and it's impossible to do anything.
The power light is green, the touchpad is unresponsive, the keyboard is unresponsive, and the USB ports are inactive.
I tried plugging in a keyboard, not recognized, a mouse, also not recognized, and I can't access the BIOS!
The only button that works is the power button, and even that only puts the screen to sleep; it's impossible to completely shut down the notebook.
Do you have any ideas on how to restore, unlock, or reset it to factory settings?

I searched online but found nothing conclusive. As for recovering the data inside, I imagine it's a lost cause?!
If I could just unlock it, that would be great!

Thank you in advance.
I have two other PCs, an Asus A751S laptop and a PB OneTwo M370 if needed, but the ARCHOS does not allow remote control and does not recognize my SFR box, but it does recognize my son's (also SFR)

Thank you in advance; I sincerely hope you can help me!

So here I am, I decided to open the PC from the back and oh miracle, everything works, but I'm still very interested in the procedure to access the BIOS if nothing works, or to Reset! Because even by removing the back panel, there is no Reset!

    Thank you

      Hello Lilou08666,
Similar issue as my wife's: green light is on, the PC has been charging for a few hours but does not respond to any command or key combination.
      No way to access anything...
      Does anyone have any idea?

And just by opening the back panel, everything started working again?
