Hello,

I'm having trouble with my BlackView A80pro.

I'm unable to configure an APN.
The device doesn't even recognize the APN settings once saved.
I called customer support who advised me to reset the phone to factory settings.
But I'd like to avoid such a drastic action since I've already set everything up and personalized it.
