Hello, when I turn on my computer, I don't have the frame that allows me to enter my password. Sorry for not having made a full sentence.

Start with the advanced recovery options of the system using method 1 from this page: Windows Advanced Recovery Options.
If you reach the window asking for passwords, if it’s before it gets blocked...
Turn off the computer twice during the Windows loading.
It will enter repair mode which will also grant access to the advanced recovery options.
(If starting with the advanced recovery options is impossible, you need to create a USB drive to boot from, there is a link on the previous page for that).

On it, you can then try to initiate a system restore, taking a date when everything was working.
If system restore is not possible, initiate a Windows reset, applications will be removed but user data will not be affected.

When I turn on the computer, I can't do anything unless there are keys to bring up the frame or enter my password; I don't see how to do it.
