Hello
I want to cancel my automatic Trend Micro Internet Security subscription.
I have tried several times to do it online through "manage my subscription".
Each time they ask me to enter my email address (I only have one, and it's the one they send their emails to) and I always get the message: "please enter a valid address". However, this address is "valid as can be"!!! I'm stuck.
What should I do?
