My computer can no longer detect the printer.

Hello,

I’m reaching out for help here because I’ve been experiencing printing issues for the past few days. Initially, it was only within a specific software (AutoCAD), but now it’s affecting all others.

This morning, I started seeing the following error message when I try to print a document from Word: "No printer installed." And when I click on "Install a printer," I receive an error message saying: "Active Directory directory services are currently unavailable."

As a result, I took a look in the Control Panel, Devices and Printers, and to my surprise, nothing is detected!

I unplugged and replugged all the power plugs and other Free Boxes, but nothing works; my computer completely ignores the presence of any printer.

The worst part is that I can't even export to PDF...

Could you please help me understand this situation better?

    What is the brand and exact model of the printer, and what is your operating system, 32 or 64 bits?
