Hello everyone,
A month ago, my iPhone 6 was stolen. My first instinct was to block my line as well as access to the phone.
Afterwards, I bought a new iPhone. My problem is the following:
When I try to log into my iTunes or iCloud account, this message appears "a verification code has been sent to your old device, please enter it."
However, it is obviously impossible for me to access this code since the old device, in other words my old iPhone, is no longer in my possession because it was stolen!!
I despair of ever regaining access to my accounts and my data... do you have a solution to my problem please?
Thank you in advance!!

Hello, you have apparently activated the "Two-step verification" option for your Apple account, so if an "unauthorized" device attempts to access or connect to an Apple account, a verification code is sent to one of the devices already connected to the Apple account.
At one time, Apple secured account access with 3 security questions, then later Apple offered an alternative, "two-step verification." When this is enabled, the 3 security questions are no longer necessary and are even removed.
Normally, two-step verification requires you to provide at least one phone number (usually your own) to receive the code via SMS, and you can also provide a second phone number for another trusted person.
With your computer, see if you can log into your Apple account to remove the stolen iPhone, which is probably listed as a trusted device.
Here is an Apple link on how two-step verification works, I hope this helps you.
