Hello,

I am on Windows 10 and my antivirus detects 7-zip as a vulnerable application with 2 access paths that do not exist:
-C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{E1646825-D391-42A0-93AA-27FA810DA093}\7z.exe
-C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{5A454EC5-217A-42a5-8CE1-2DDEC4E70E01}\7z.exe

This application cannot be found on my PC...

How can I get rid of it, please?

    Right-click on Start
    Control Panel
    Folder Options
    View tab
Check --> show hidden files, folders, and drives
    Apply and OK.

    Windows key + E
Go to --> C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information
    Delete the 2 corresponding folders.

      Hello kaneagle.
I just did the manipulation you told me to. I properly deleted the 2 corresponding folders where I found in one of them the zip console application dating from February 2016. Strange that Kaspersky didn't detect it earlier.
Otherwise, in "InstallShield Installation Information," I found other folders with a lot of letters and numbers as well. Do you know what they are for, just out of curiosity?

Anyway, thank you very much, I finally managed to delete those folders that were causing me trouble :)

That's the first thing I did to uninstall it, but unfortunately, it's not there.

If your antivirus detects it, it's not the application but rather a 7zip archive that is infected, I think. Can't your antivirus delete it if it detects it?

Unfortunately not, as Kaspersky does not consider it a virus. I also scanned my PC with AdwCleaner, which did not find anything.
However, I do not have a zip file. I even searched through my files just in case, but it found nothing.

      Malwarebyte doesn't detect anything either...

Well, no virus, so that's already something :) Don't you know how to access the files manually?

    You're welcome.

This folder contains installation information for a few programs that are installed, and I believe it is necessary to uninstall the corresponding programs.

    Have a nice day.
