Grob bug: "Launcher has stopped"

Hello, my brother has a phone from the brand Boulanger "essentiel b" and since this morning a window keeps popping up every second saying: "launcher has stopped."
This is blocking his entire phone and we can't do anything, while it was working fine yesterday. We have tried restarting it several times and even removing the battery. In vain...
Do you have any solutions to suggest, please?

    Hello,
    Boulanger not being an official brand of the same renown as Samsung or others, it's going to be tough to propose a correct solution. Have you contacted customer service?

      We went straight to the store, where they reset the phone's home screen and the message disappeared. The phone is working again like before.
