New PC very slow

Hello,

I bought a Packard Bell Easynote ENLG81BA laptop about 2 months ago, which has been very slow since the day I purchased it. I've defragmented it, I installed CCleaner, but nothing works.

I'm here to see if anyone knows what could be causing this.

It has an Intel Celeron N3050 processor, 2GB DDR3 RAM, and a 500GB hard drive. It runs on Windows 10.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

    Hi,
with a Celeron and 2 GB of memory, it's not really surprising...

Without knowing much about it, I also thought that it was little. So, according to you, if I add more, will the problem be solved?
I have an old laptop. Can I take its RAM sticks and put them in the new one? I already did this on a desktop computer, it shouldn't be that different for a laptop, right?

it's not really the same thing, on a laptop you are often limited to 2 memory slots and your old laptop shouldn't be in DDR3
moreover with your processor it's unfortunately not going to change much

sell it and buy a more powerful PC

I just bought it, I don't really feel like changing.

Apparently my old phone also has DDR3. This is it: http://www.01net.com/tests/packard-bell-easynote-lm94-sb-570fr-fiche-technique-16367.html

you can try, but the Celeron will always be there...

What I mean is that there are slow and slow. I'm not trying to play on Steam, but 5 seconds for the menu to open when I click on start is a lot. At the very least, I would like to be able to watch NETFLIX in HD and YouTube videos in 720p. That's all I need.

So, what's the problem with the Celeron?

Hi, I agree with mushu14: Celeron N3000 series + 2 GB of RAM + W10 64bit = ultra-low-end PC with sluggish performance. I'm speaking from experience: I had to install one reluctantly at my mother-in-law's (what a hassle!).

Thank you for the information. So no solution to improve the PC, even just a little? If not, too bad, I'll manage.

just your memories, that's all, and it's not going to go far in terms of performance.

Either you exercise your right of withdrawal, which I believe is the best solution, or you install a 32-bit system or a lighter version of GNU/Linux.

I think I'm a bit too far from the retraction. I'll look into the other two options.
      Thank you very much.
