Hello,
When I turned on my TV, a window appeared indicating that there was a software update, so I pressed OK, and the update went through normally. When I tried to change the channel, it was impossible; a message indicated: The terminal configuration is not correct. Please contact your operator for more information. Why? Everything was fine before the update, and why the operator? I receive TV via satellite ASTRA 1 19.2 E.
Can anyone tell me where the problem is, as I can no longer watch my SONY large screen TV where my TNT decoder - Canal Ready - HUMAX TN 5000HD is connected. Two months ago, I canceled my Canal+Canal-Sat subscription and then changed my card, but changing from the card to the standard TNT card posed no problems (I removed one and put in the other), and everything was fine until today with the software update that was requested of me.

You've only touched the TV, not the decoder? Is your TV switched to the HDMI input where the decoder is connected?
