HELLO;
MY FAX MACHINE NO LONGER DISPLAYS THE INCOMING PHONE NUMBERS (IT ONLY SHOWS INCOMING CALL) AND WHEN I PRESS "CALLER ID" THE MISSED CALLS DO NOT SHOW UP (IT JUST SAYS NO ITEMS STORED).
PLEASE ADVISE ME ON WHAT TO DO.

For the jam, the instructions on page 44 state:

As for the "stacker"... the instructions on page 39 specify... to ensure that it is properly in place.

If I can believe the notice on page 25
"Incoming Call" denotes that the device is in Tel/Fax mode.
In other words, if after a time equivalent to 2 rings it detects a fax, it automatically switches to fax; otherwise, it starts ringing and it's up to you to answer.
The English manual is accessible (by entering the device reference in the "Enter your product reference" box and then clicking search) via

Note: Please avoid using capital letters in the future as they are considered aggressive on the Web...

Indeed, the fax works as such/fax because I need the phone; however, previously it displayed the numbers of incoming calls normally and when I had a missed call I could display it by pressing the CALLER ID button, but since the change of my phone line I have lost this option and I can't find how to display the numbers.
