Problem with my Selecline tablet

Bonjour. I received my Selecline 852994/MY1306P tablet for Christmas. I used it for my classes and the next day, when I turned it on again, it gets stuck on the startup menu. I tried turning it off and back on, but nothing works. Even doing a reset had no result. Does anyone have a solution? Knowing that it's new and I use it for classes, thank you for your responses.
