Hello everyone, I have an Infocus V5 with which I was listening to my music using Marshall Mode EQ black headphones without any issues until today. The problem is that earlier I was listening to music with my headphones and I dropped my phone, luckily my headphones caught it, but unfortunately my phone no longer detects my headphones, I think due to a bad connection in the female jack.

My question is:
How can I fix this female jack?

Please respond, I really care about my music.

Hello

To be able to repair the device, it needs to be completely disassembled and, in my opinion, the Jack port has to be re-soldered. So if you are willing to take risks, go ahead, but be careful with the other components.

Thank you

Good evening

Have you tested with other earphones to be sure that it is indeed the phone that has a problem?
