Hello,
Since the update of the Foncia website, I can no longer connect on my IMAC despite having a valid username and password, as they work on my Samsung mobile.
I have sent several emails but haven't received a response to date.
How can I resolve this issue?

    What do you mean you no longer have a connection? Do you no longer have access to your Foncia account or to the internet?

      It's only the connection to the "my foncia" site that is impossible.
