GTA 5 PC unable to access Rockstar servers

Hello, I have been playing GTA 5 on PC (Steam version) for a long time and suddenly the social club loads until it sends me a message: unable to access Rockstar servers. Activating GTA V requires an internet connection, please check your connection. The problem is that I am indeed connected to the internet and when I switch to offline mode, I still get the same message. Thank you in advance for your responses.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 58.5.3029.81

    I found the solution:
    C:\Users\***\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V

    delete bootstrap.log, launcher.log and settings.xml

    in C:\Users\***\Documents\Rockstar Games\SocialClub

    delete socialclub.log and socialclub_launcher.log

    launch the game and it should work, at least it works for me!

      I couldn't find the files you mentioned in your comments; I went to the right places, but they are nowhere to be found.
