My Bbox Miami frequently doesn't work.

Here's my problem, I'm at home and quite often my TV and internet connection stop working but all the lights are white (in working condition), so I have to turn it off and turn it back on for it to work again. Has anyone had the same problem?
If so, how can it be resolved please? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

    Call your provider, we won't be able to help you. They will certainly sort something out or provide you with another Box.
