Hello, I bought Pinnacle 14 and then 15. I had to reconfigure my PC due to a failure.
I have reinstalled Pinnacle 15 and since then I have been unable to edit. It redirects me to default.aspx. I want to clarify that I bought the software at FNAC in Rouen with my Pinnacle passport number (5 numbers of 5 digits) as well as my serial number (5 boxes of 5 letters)
Can you help me? Best regards.

Hello,
I might have the solution to your problem.
Actually, you need to "regenerate" new keys.
This is what is indicated, and I think it should resolve your issue.
My link isn't working.. I'm looking into why.
Have a good evening.

Go to the PINNACLE website and at the bottom of the page, there is a very well-made link.

Sergio39, you didn't think you could get away with it like that. Is there a visual demo for Pinnacle 20 like there was for Pinnacle 15?
I don't want to stuff myself with the few hundred pages of the manual.
Thank you, have a nice day. -
Well, hoping that the link works... alright... it doesn't work... so, type this in your browser: PINNACLE DEFAULT.ASPX
you will see in the first links a line marked: "activation key regeneration"
click to go see this page

Thank you, Sergio, for your answers, but the first one leads to nothing and the second one returns this:
Sorry. We cannot locate your activation keys on your account. This issue may be due to several reasons.

If you purchased your activation keys within the last 2 days, etc.... something I did not do since I already purchased the software and well before that.-
Damn.. (to be polite).. and I'm sure your problem is there.
Otherwise, contact PINNACLE by email; there must be a link on their website.
The other day I had an issue with Studio 20, and once the problem was explained, they were the ones harassing me to find out if I had managed to sort it out.
Honestly, I was surprised by such professionalism.
In any case, given what they say on the page I gave you, the problem is there.. your key is not valid because you changed machines.. it's up to you to explain that to them.

Hello, if I can help you uninstall a software properly, it's a complex task that requires eliminating all traces of the old software from the hard drive.
Therefore, you need a cleaning module like CCleaner or preferably the one offered by Pinnacle to search through the list on Déclic Vidéo.

If you need advice for PINNACLE 20, don't hesitate, there are quite a few little things that change compared to the other versions.
Have a nice day

I'm no longer here... I left for a deserted island... no connection where I am... I can't reply to you, sorry... ;-)
More seriously, there isn't a "real" tutorial for 20, it's still too recent; however, the tutorials from 19 apply to 20, and if you have a PARTICULAR problem, I can guide you.
Take a look at this video to get started
