Mail blocked at Roissy International Mail

Hello,

I have a package that arrived from China on December 20, 2016. Today, it is still stuck at Roissy International Mail. What should I do to retrieve it, please? It was supposed to be delivered to my home by January 7, 2017 at the latest.

      I don't know if it's still with customs. The last message I received from my tracking is as follows:

      Do you know what this means?
