How to unlock my mailbox on Zimbra

I would like to recover my mailbox with Free via Zimbra, and I don’t know who to contact? Free I suppose, but I couldn’t find how… My mailbox has been inactive since 2015..
If someone can tell me… thanks in advance ..

    I advise you to note somewhere safe your various passwords! otherwise you will have to recreate a new Gmail address! it’s always possible too
    and remember to back them up in case of restore, or browser reinstallation
