Hello,
I have the 19.99€ plan from Free. As soon as I go abroad, "no service" appears in the top left corner of my phone. Is there any configuration to do or something to activate?

It depends on the country in question and the configuration of your phone

if your phone is not picking up any network, turn it off and then turn it back on. If the issue persists, in your phone's settings, choose the manual section for the local mobile network, then switch back to automatic mode.
