How to check your Free mailbox abroad

Hello,
I am on vacation in New York and upon my arrival, I received a message from Free telling me to dial 666 to check my messages! But my voicemail tells me that I do not have an access code! How can I get this code?

Hello,
You must have defined this access code and if you no longer remember it, there are two solutions:
- Either you go to your Free Mobile subscriber account and redefine your password.
- Or you download the Free Messaging app for Android or Free Messaging app for iPhone which will allow you to directly access your messages and various options for your Free Mobile account.

I've been getting stuck several times these last few months. I travel very regularly abroad, and nothing is more annoying than seeing that messaging notification and being unable to access the voicemail or even delete the notification.
I'll test it for my next trip.

Hello, Please note that I just traveled abroad and Free charged me €6 for 2 calls to 666. I just found this link https://mobile.free.fr/assistance/235.html which explains that you need to call +33 695600011 for voicemail from abroad.
