Hello, I'm receiving messages from a strange person who says they are transferring money to me but claims they are in France. I would like to locate them using their email address.
Please help me.

    Having an IP won't help you, proxies, VPNs, etc. exist.
    Ask yourself the right questions instead: Why?

    It doesn't matter where it comes from. Do you know him? Why give money to a stranger whether he's from China, France, or Côte d'Ivoire? Especially when he seems suspicious.

    Trash the email and it will save you from a scam right before Christmas.
