Hello,
I am looking for reviews about troc.com because I have some furniture that I intend to sell.
Is there a possibility that they can come and pick up my furniture from my place since I want to sell it for cash at the store?
Thank you for all your responses.

AVOID to sell!
Very high commissions: They take 50% for sales under €89, 45% between €89 and €399, and 40% for those over €399.
The scam is that, on top of that, they don’t tell you everything! Not only is their commission high, but they also calculate it differently from what is stated.
Here’s an example of my bad experience with the franchisee in Rennes: We had agreed to sell my asset for €399.90 (so 40% for them and 60% for me, which is €239.94).
In fact, they only left me with €215. When I asked for an explanation, here’s the calculation they presented to me:
They start by taking 50% on the first tranche of €89, then 45% on the next tranche, and finally 40% on what’s left!
In the end, I only received 54% instead of 60%.
Their dishonesty doesn’t stop there. As if that wasn’t enough, they can make you wait up to 1 month to get paid because payment is only triggered at the end of each month.
Add to that the fact that they never respond to any emails sent through their site, and it’s up to you to regularly check whether the item has been sold or not.
In short, if you have things to sell, steer clear of this brand! -
Hi,
"Troc" is known in its field for what they do... anyway.
And is there a possibility they could come pick up my furniture since I want to sell it cash at the store?
No idea, probably best to contact the closest store to you to see if they offer that service, they would be more able to inform you... ;-)
