"The SIM card has been altered."

Hello,
As the owner of a Wiko U-Feel, this phone is full of bugs. After the issue with unnecessary alerts saying "the SIM card is full" when it is not, which has never been resolved, I have recently been receiving alerts like "the SIM card has been modified," or "Would you like to modify the SIM card? Yes/No."
In any case, regardless of the answer in case number 2, after these alerts I can no longer use the phone. When I try to call, I get a "network unavailable" message.

For now, the only solution I've found is to turn the phone off and on again, and then magically the network becomes available... until I receive one of the 3 messages again.
This happens several times a day (3...4...5) and at least once a day.

    Contact your supplier.

Are you talking about the service provider? That has nothing to do with it because the SIM card works on my old phone. So it must be the phone after all.

Well, I had clearly stated that when I turn the phone off/on, it works for a while until the next alert.
It's not a big deal anyway, it's a stupid issue that's going to make me have to change my phone again.
The problem is that it's still under warranty but since the issue only happens occasionally, they won't believe me at the store.
