Hello,

I bought Morrowind (Game of the Year edition) on Steam, and when I wanted to test it, I noticed an error with loading the Meshes.
After doing some research, I learned that the game's Meshes weren't installing correctly (due to a Windows security issue during its design, etc.), and I tried several tricks to fix the problem. So I:
- Wildly deleted the Bloodmoon folders from my Morrowind file, thinking that after verifying the cache and reinstalling through Steam, I could be certain it would be installed AFTER Tribunal,
- Installed, following the advice of a similar thread on CCM, an unofficial patch: PNO from Wiwiland,
- Opened the game Launcher as an administrator,

All of this without success.

Another forum suggested copying the Meshes from the Bloodmoon CD into the Morrowind Data's Meshes, but the problem is I don't have the CD version of the game...
Thinking that I might find a pirated copy of this folder, I searched but couldn't find anything.

Does anyone have another solution or can provide me with their contact details to send it to me via Email or Dropbox? I'm on Windows 10.

Thanks

I was finally able to solve the problem on my own,

Wanting to move the game to a different location that suited me better, Steam subsequently checked if the content was complete and updated it, which fixed the issue directly through Steam, something that hadn’t worked when I had checked the integrity of the game cache myself.

So for future internet users having this problem: install the game somewhere other than the default Steam location.

I had indeed read that it could cause issues to place it in the default folder, but I thought it only concerned the hardware of the time and the default locations from back when the box version of 2002 was not a SteamGame.
