Unable to download a file on smart TV

Question

Hello,

I just bought a Philips smart TV. I'm trying to access Gmail to download a file that's in one of my emails but it's impossible. I can log into Gmail via the Internet, but I can't open the email. When I click OK, nothing happens... I've tried everything. Have you encountered this problem?

Often these damn smart TVs prevent downloading...

Hello,  Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I cannot see the serial number. It is behind the TV and it is mounted on the wall. It is a 55-inch left and right ambilight.  Thank you.
