Hello, I'm trying to migrate from Windows 10 Enterprise to Windows 10 Pro, and during the installation, I can't select the "Keep personal files and applications" option; the first two choices are grayed out, and the selection is automatically on "Nothing kept." Could you help me identify what the problem is, please?

Configuration: Linux / Chrome 54.0.2840.71

      I have Windows 10 Pro licenses, so I need to upgrade to Pro in order to activate the operating system.
