Good evening,

I have a Samsung A5 mobile from 2015.
Here’s my issue:
I cannot download a PDF file.
I am using Chrome and have installed the Adobe app.
When I try to download a document, I get a message informing me that the download is complete.
However, when I try to open the saved file, the message "unable to open, invalid format" appears.
When I check in Adobe, I find the file name but 0 bytes!
What should I do?

      However, the downloaded files are 0 bytes
      So there's probably nothing to display... Isn't that unusual?

      OH CHROME!!! change your browser, go to the play store and try another one like dolphin or firefox or something else...
