Hello, good evening today I wanted to print something and all of a sudden, I see an error message pop up saying that the printer could not respond "The printer is not responding", I tried to make a photocopy, and that worked perfectly but for printing (from the PC to the printer) it doesn't work. So please, could you help me? I'm really struggling here... :(

PS: I already tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer (via the installation CD), I tried doing the famous "NET STOP SPOOLER and NET START SPOOLER" but nothing works, and finally I have a CANON MG3600 Series Printer with all the inks filled to the max + the paper tray filled.

    Hello

If your printer is connected to your computer via wifi, you need to
    - Check that the printer is properly connected to the network
    - Check that your computer is properly connected to the network
    - During installation, you need to select computer/printer connection via wifi
The problem may be due to a temporary loss of internet, which would cause a disconnection between the computer and the printer

If your printer is connected to your computer by a cable
    - Unplug the cable from both ends and plug it back in
    There may be some dust.

You need to go to settings.
      You should see your network.

For security, you will need to enter your wifi code.

Did you just buy your printer?
Be careful during installation. You will be asked to select the connection between the PC and the printer.
Make sure to check the wifi connection.
