The printer is not responding - Wifi

Hello everyone,
I have a problem that you may have encountered before!
I have a printer at work that we use over the network (wi-fi): a CANON MP560 (printer - scanner). For several days, I've been unable to get it to work over wi-fi.
When I try to print, a message appears: "the printer is not responding". I tried resetting the connection to the network from the printer itself: it finds it without any problem.
However, the computers cannot find it.
Using a USB cable works perfectly!

I did some research online, but I couldn't find anything!

I uninstalled the printer, then tried to reinstall it from the CD but it didn't work because the computer cannot find the printer (over the network).
So I installed the printer through Windows, from the "devices and printers" page.
It is installed but still doesn't work.

If I try to scan a document, the printer does not offer to send it to my PC (on its small screen), but only to the PC connected via USB.

If I turn off my antivirus, it still doesn't work, so the problem doesn't seem to come from there.

Maybe the wi-fi transmitter is dead, I’m not sure. Is it the same component that handles both reception and transmission (wi-fi)?

If anyone has any kind of solution, I'm all ears!

Actually, my brother didn't change the security to WPA; he simply went into the network settings (from the small screen of the printer) and detected the network by pressing the button on the Livebox because the printer was not detecting the network at that moment.
The fact that the USB cable is plugged in cannot interfere with the functioning of the Wi-Fi, as the PC connected to the printer by this cable is turned off.
The wireless network security is WPA - PSK (TKIP).

Yes, because I am connected to the internet via wifi, and the printer is apparently connected to the network.
