Hello everyone,

Under my Microsoft Word 2007, the "keyboard shortcut" for the asterisk (*) that allows creating a bullet point automatically by typing "*" followed by a "space" no longer works. Word only inserts an asterisk followed by a space without converting it into a round bullet.

I have already checked in "Word Options / Proofing / Autocorrect Options / AutoFormat" that the automatic bullet list option is checked, and it is.

Thanks in advance!

    Hello Mr. ChryO,

It's indeed in the "AutoCorrect Options,"
but in the "While Typing" tab:

    "Apply" box
    ☑ Automatic bullet lists

If your problem is resolved, please go to the top of the page
    to click "Mark as resolved."

    Best regards. 😊

Thank you very much! Unfortunately, it was checked. However, I just unchecked/checked it and the shortcut is working now.

Thank you for the greatly appreciated help.
