Hello,
I have a problem on several networked workstations.
Word crashes every time we try to insert a bullet, number, or when we copy and paste.
It's not the normal.dot, I've already recreated it, I’ve repaired and reinstalled Word... nothing works...
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\version number\Word\
exit Word, and delete the ListGalleryPresets key in the registry
It worked for me.

Hello!
Have you tried running an antivirus scan?
And checked, especially in Normal.dot, for the existence of hidden macros, such as ones that start with "auto...."?
Are the "crashing" actions initiated from the menu or by shortcut keys?
Regarding Normal.dot, if we delete it, it will automatically recreate itself, but you've probably already done that...
Is it a network version of Word, or is there a personal copy on each PC?
Are all the computers on the network affected, or are there some that are "clean"?
And where is Normal.dot located?
Talk to you soon!

The antivirus says nothing...
We have specific macros, but theoretically, they shouldn’t crash Word...
The problematic actions are copying and pasting from the web or adding a piece... no matter where you go through...
For Word, it's a network version, but they react individually... thankfully ;)
I only have a few connected workstations, I just hope the whole network won't be infected... :)
Thank you!
