Hello,
Following a change of Ethernet cable, I also received this message "Reading error - This video is not supported" while playing Freebox recordings. I also had the message "Video error" after a few minutes of watching a fiber channel.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 39.0 / Freebox V6 fiber

Before marking the topic as Resolved, I'm reposting the solution you found here:
After several modifications (cable, switch port) and resets, I finally forced the speed of the switch port to which my Freebox Player was connected to 100Mb using the Freebox OS interface (http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/) and my problem was solved.
It seems that my Freebox Player V6 does not support 1Gb. No problem, 100Mb is sufficient.
