Disable the "FN" key

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to disable the FN key. I am using Windows 10. Thank you in advance for your response.

      You press the power button and right after you tap F10.
      You need to do this before Windows starts.

      Simultaneously press the Fn and left Shift keys to enable or disable action key mode. This also works for certain models.
