Reverse Fn key on laptop

Hello everyone,

a friend of mine has a problem with his laptop: the issue is that the Fn key is inverted, let me explain: when he doesn't press it, it is activated, and when he presses it, it is deactivated.

How can we solve this problem, please?

    try this while waiting for you to give me the model:
    In summary, you need to go into the BIOS (press F10 at Windows startup) => System Configuration => Actions keys mode => Disabled => Save and exit
