How to unsubscribe from EASYFLIRT

18. Termination / end of contract
18.1 Unsubscription
The member's registration for the service is effective as long as the member logs into the platform and uses the service. When a member has not logged in or has not used their account for a period of two (2) years, Easyflirt deletes all data concerning them and their account is automatically terminated.

The member can terminate their registration by deleting their account at any time on the platform, particularly via the dedicated section for this purpose in the menu "my settings > subscription" or by any other means that may be indicated to them in this menu. 

A subscribing member can only unsubscribe from the service if they have first unsubscribed from their subscription.

18.2 Unsubscription
Subscriptions are taken out for the duration chosen by the member during the subscription procedure.

Subscribed members have the option to cancel the renewal of the subscription after 1 full day of using the service subscription. This cancellation does not affect access to all the features of the service for the initial subscription duration. In any case, the cancellation of the renewal must be made no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the end of the subscription period by using the "Cancel my renewal" function on their account accessible through the "Account", "My settings", "My subscription", then "Settings" menu. The member must then follow the unsubscription procedure indicated to them.
In accordance with Article 313-1 of the Penal Code, Easyflirt will pursue before the competent courts any abusive opposition to a subscription by the client with the cardholder’s bank.

If the member is not subscribed, they can delete their account at any time on the platform, particularly via the dedicated section for this purpose on their account accessible through the "My account", "My settings", then "My registration" menu or by any other means that may be indicated to them in this section. HOWEVER, if the member is subscribed, they must, beforehand, to unsubscribe, terminate their subscription according to the unsubscription methods described in these T&Cs.

This request will be deemed made on the next business day following the receipt by the service of the unsubscription request for the relevant account. This request does not entail any refund for the remaining subscription period.

The conditions and methods of unsubscription from the service through the mobile application are those provided by the general conditions of the downloading platform of the application and/or by any other indication appearing on the interface of the mobile application.
