Hello,

A week ago, I ordered this MSI CX62 6QD-249XFR PC second-hand on the ldlc website: http://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00213326.html.
I received it today in a very good condition package. The computer does not seem to be a used product; it is like new.
It even comes with a scratch-free CD: http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/35/1472580393-20160830-195438.jpg .

Once opened, I plug in the charger for half an hour and then I install W10 Home x64 on a USB stick.
[The W10 ISO comes from here: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10ISO and the installation tool comes from here: https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/systemes-d-exploitation/23917-windows-7-usb-dvd-download-tool/ ]

Then I unplug my USB stick and restart the PC, not forgetting to restore the BIOS settings to default.

However, an error message interrupts my enjoyment: http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/35/1472580848-20160830-195029.jpg
I then do some research and conclude that the network card has a problem, great..
I try to find a solution for my MSI PC but I can't find one. I did the following:
-I use the Windows startup repair tool.
-I randomly change the BIOS settings.
-I look for a solution online (still ongoing)
-etc..

I don't want to take apart my PC yet, that's why I haven't done it, and anyway, I don't know anything about it. And it's not normal for me to do it; I will send it back immediately if necessary!
Maybe the CD that ldlc provided me can fix the problem, however, adjusting the BIOS settings myself hasn't changed the result. I really don't know what to do and I'm sad.

Here are some screenshots of my BIOS which is in English (unfortunately, it doesn't offer the French language): http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/35/1472581574-20160830-195500.jpg (Main) http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/35/1472581620-20160830-195507.jpg (Advanced) http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/35/1472581664-20160830-195514.jpg (Security) http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/35/1472581925-20160830-195521.jpg (Boot) http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/35/1472581868-20160830-202542.jpg (Boot +readable) http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/35/1472582102-20160830-195536.jpg (Save & Exit)

There you go, I think I've said everything and I thank you in advance for your future responses that may help solve my problem.

Hello,

Oh boy, here we go ^^ x)

The CD provides drivers, not the OS

In my opinion, it’s Windows that didn’t install properly; this is very common on MSI PCs without an OS... have you tried formatting and converting the disk in the installation program?

Best regards

Finally, it's good. I had to select the "UEFI" mode instead of "Legacy" in the boot settings. So now the W10 installation is continuing. AND I'M SO HAPPY!!!
However, I haven't resolved my issue just yet. I might still have problems, it's so common for me ^-^

In any case, I'm sorry for the hassle and the unnecessary reading, I feel so bad about it. =/

Thank you so much DELL for getting back to me as fast as lightning, it really makes me happy!

Good evening to everyone and (hopefully not) see you soon.

Hello,

I confirm this diagnosis following similar issues on an Asus. I recommend the following:
1) Download and burn the ISO image of GParted LiveCD (free) to properly prepare your disk and partitions. You will directly burn the ISO image to boot from it, but there is also a procedure to create your USB stick here. And format everything.
2) Then you completely restart the Windows installation.

No, the problem didn't come from there but from the BIOS. I had to set it to "UEFi" instead of "Legacy".
Now at the time I'm working, Windows 10 is installed and working well.

Thank you for your response anyway, it might help some people in the future. ^-^
I'm now marking this topic as resolved.
