No internet without a VPN

Hello,

Since yesterday I can't access the Internet unless I use my VPN...

I connect to my network, it says "Internet access", but I can't load any web pages! It spins for a while and then indicates that the page took too long to load.
I guess I need to dig into the settings, but I don't know where to look. I'm on Windows 10.

I've found a few steps to try to resolve the issue, but with no success (check that the firewall allows the connection;
Until now there was no connection problem, neither with the router nor when switching between with and without the VPN.

    To make it useful for others in the same situation, I found the following solution:

    - open the command prompt (cmd.exe)
    - type: netsh int ip reset and press enter
    - restart the PC

      Hello, I have the same issue. The PC connects to the box, Windows indicates that the network is connected and secure. But I can't access anything, unable to launch applications requiring the internet.
      However, I can connect my VPN and then I can access sites and use my applications again.

      I have tested

      netsh int ip reset

      netsh winsock reset

      ipconfig /release

      ipconfig /renew

      So far, I have no results; the symptoms are still the same.
