Busy tone

Hello, I have a problem with my landline phone that’s always busy. I have restarted my Freebox twice, but nothing works. That’s why I would like some help since I can no longer make or receive calls. It’s an Alcatel and it’s recent. Thank you for your help.

    Try making an internal call (intercom between handsets) to see if you can communicate between the handsets and who knows, it might resolve the situation

    Then, if that doesn't work, look into resetting the phone:
